I can be spontaneous. Kind of.

No, really, I can. I just started a blog. THAT was spontaneous! Ok, you got me. I've contemplated starting a blog for some time now, but have been very hesitant due to the fear of neglecting it. So, technically, I did plan to start a blog. You know me, though. I plan EVERYTHING. You also know that I absolutely cannot function without my Franklin Covey planner. Perhaps I'm a little behind the times because I do not use an electronic planner. Nah, it's by choice. I have a blackberry, but I choose not to have my entire life plans on a phone, for many reasons. First of all, I really cannot stand to read anything on that small screen (migraine waiting to happen). Second, my blackberry has a mind of its own, so that makes it pretty unreliable. Third, the genius that designed "Franklin" was in my head. Seriously. I could not have organized it better myself. Lastly, and most importantly, it gives me GREAT pleasure to be able to physically cross things off of my list. ON PAPER.

So, there you have it. I am a planner, and I'm not trying to deny it; however, I do want to be more spontaneous. My husband is very spontaneous, and I need to be more like him. When we first started dating, he would ask me to do things at the very last minute, and it literally gave me palpitations to think that he would dare ask me to do something that was unplanned. Over time, I've made great strides improved a tad bit. Lately, I've been trying to just fly by the seat of my pants, with my Franklin in tow, of course.

Anyways, I digress. Back to blogging. I understand that most bloggers don't really have time for it, but they somehow seem to fit it into their hectic schedules. So, why can't I?! Exactly. It is my goal to keep you in touch with the Waldron happenings. Welcome to my blog.
